Account data: the name, email address, phone number, and organization details you provide at registration or in your profile.
Payment data: billing details processed by our payment providers (iyzico for Türkiye, Stripe for the UK/EU). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: the trademark, design, patent, and geographical-indication searches you run and any images you upload for visual-similarity search.
Technical data: your IP address (used to determine your region), and device and browser information.
To operate the service: running searches, generating risk reports, and managing your watchlists and alerts.
To process subscriptions and payments and to send service-related communications.
To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
To analyze brand similarity and produce risk reports, your search queries and uploaded images may be processed by third-party AI providers under contractual data-protection terms. We do not use your data to train third-party models without your consent.
Some of these AI providers operate outside your country, including in the United States and China. Where we transfer your data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, and we send only the search or creative content needed for the requested feature — never your account, contact, or payment data.
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — payment processors (iyzico, Stripe; and Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for in-app purchases on iOS and Android), cloud hosting, and AI analysis providers — each bound by data-protection terms.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion runs on a 30-day grace period, after which your personal data and account content are permanently erased.
We retain payment and invoice records in anonymized form for the period required by Turkish tax and accounting law, even after account deletion.
