IPWatchAI provides intellectual-property intelligence — trademark, design, patent, and geographical-indication search and monitoring across the UK, EU, and Türkiye. Search results and risk reports are informational and are not legal advice or an official registry determination.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed through iyzico (Türkiye) or Stripe (UK/EU) on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. On iOS, purchases are billed through your Apple App Store account under Apple's terms; on Android, through your Google Play account under Google's terms. Store renewals are managed in your store account settings. Prices and plan limits are shown at checkout.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The platform, software, and our content are owned by IPWatchAI. Registry data is sourced from official IP offices and remains subject to their terms.
The service is provided “as is”. Search results and risk scores are informational and not a substitute for professional legal advice.
To the extent permitted by law, IPWatchAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
